Communicating information or an important message to students can be far from easy. And if you want to succeed in this, you should be able to tell them what and when needs to be done. This is the reason we’ve created a notification centre in Tutor LMS.

Send notifications on whatever you want
You, as a Manager, will find all notifications listed in notification centre in Tutor LMS. To better reach out students, teachers or any of your staff members, set objectives and let us know what cases you want to cover with notifications.
For any type of process you have in your school you can send a reminder. For example, you can notify the teacher, group manager or participants about the lesson start a day before. Or you can greet all newly enrolled students and let them know the class particularities. Significantly enough, you can announce about time, date or any kind of changes.
What is most important is the fact that all notifications are customisable. This means, you can create a template and modify it for other cases by doing all changes necessary.
Process requests in a better way
As a matter of fact, requests you are receiving from potential students are the most crucial documents for your business. That’s why, this starting point journey should be seamless and smooth till the end-result, which is the enrolment of a student. “How can I polish this process?”, you may ask.
We have answers for you. From now on you can
- send a confirmation email when a student submits a request form
- update request’s status to “Incomplete”, if a student terminates classes
- add a new field “Test Date” in request form, not to miss an important date
Administer tuitions more easily
We understand that financial stuff is the most sticky thing you’d rather avoid. That’s why we’ve made it easy for you.
When working on the Student fee page, you can filter fees by “Paid” status. With our renewed charging model, you can now charge fees per hour. Additionally, we’ve improved the Transactions page. By adding labels, notes and additional URLs, you can easily find the student you want to work with.
This and that for a better life
Last but not least, I’d like to speak about some “big and small news” we’ve made. From sales perspective, you can now have a sales specialist. Just go to Members and create it. On top of it, you can add also a workplace for each member.
If earlier you had an option to add only lessons in your timetable, now you can add any kind of event and specify a division for it.
