You run a training center. How successful is it? Can you measure it? Easy as pie. You’ll be redirected to your student list. Here you can filter and search students by their demographics (name, age, gender), workplace. By putting labels on students you’ll be able to segmentize and personalise them.
Finding out which courses are most demanded will help you refine the most popular ones and understand what is wrong with those which are not that well booked. Is it the teacher? Is it the course content? Is it the price? On Dashboard you’ll see all groups and the number of students involved there. These numbers will give you an overview about how popular your course offerings are.
Now that you have statistics on who attends your school courses, which courses they book and why they prefer this course over the other one, let’s understand what you can do to meet student expectations and increase their satisfaction.
